On a long road trip from the States, I stopped in to get a spare tire plugged from a nail puncture. The friendly fella at the desk fit us in the tight schedule & we were back on the road in less than 30 minutes, which is pretty impressive with the small auto group. And the value was great - $25 CAD for a plugged tire. I didn't get the fellas name but he was nice & a hard worker going non-stop, all morning.

I prepaid for an item in November 2022 and it took until Feb 2023 for me to get the item I paid for. I was told corner brook had close to 50 of that item but they wouldn't get one transferred to this location so I could have it sooner. I will never prepay again.

Ordinarily it’s a great place to shop . I tried the email notification system that I was at the Curb Side pick up. The system advised I was No 1 in que … 40 mins later I am still no one in que… after three calls to the store and an hour later I got the order brought to my vehicle .

My daughter had a bad experience at canadian tire garage happened few days ago she brought in their car in for oil rust spray brand new honda 2022 when they pick it up they saw a huge dent by the door and they say there policy says they are not responsible for it and now where is the justice on that situation . Once they hand over your keys to them you assume that your car in good hands, but no they wont bother no more, people this is a wake up call it might happen to you too.

Went to this store to purchase sneakers advertised in sale flyer. When I took item to counter I was informed it was not on sale. Apparently it was only select sizes, however, there were no signs to indicate what sizes were on sale. Clerk was extremely rude. A few days later I went to the Port aux Basques store and purchased the exact same sneakers at the advertised sales price and staff was very friendly.
